i called Gary and told him my April Air Humidifier was leaking. The next day Jake and Landon came over inspected the April Air 700 humidifier . Jake diagnosed the problem. The handle to the water valve was worn out, the solenoid was not working. The unit is 18 years old. They replaced everything and the price was very good. Jake took time to answer my questions and explain the repairs . Anytime was one of the subcontractors who built our house in 2007. I would not hire anyone else

I just had another great experience with Anytime Heating and Air Conditioning. This time, my AC suddenly stopped working and of course I called them immediately based on my previous experience. I scheduled them for today, and Gary called me this morning to have me reset the circuit and check power to rule that out. No luck, so Jake and Landon arrived and traced the power from the indoor to the outdoor components. Sure enough, there was a bad connection outside. Jake fixed it and Landon cleaned the condenser unit (because I forgot to do it myself) - and they only charged me for a 'check and clean'. When someone says 'I know a guy....' , this is what they mean.

I have a Rheem RV96VA 2 stage furnace that was installed in 2017, and there was an error message indicating that the blower motor has failed. I wanted a Rheem authorized repair provider, so I researched and found Anytime. I called Gary and he was able to schedule Jake for 12:30 the same day. Jake arrived early with an apprentice (sorry, I do not remember his name), and they quickly confirmed that the blower motor needed to be replaced. I was unable to locate my warranty information, so Jake began calling and investigating this for me. My wife and I forgot that we had registered it under her last name, which is different than mine, but Jake happened to notice this on the installation sticker and looked it up. He was able to confirm that the blower motor was under warranty and was able to reduce our cost to labor only which saved us $1,000.00! I have worked with a lot of household repair providers and I can't think of any that would have gone out of their way to do this for us. My experience with Anytime Heating and Air Conditioning was outstanding and I highly recommend them.
